Generally, PPR tubes with a safety factor of 1.25 can be selected when the uninterrupted service temperature is less than 70 ℃. If the service temperature of PPR pipe is greater than or equal to 70 ℃, it belongs to high-temperature operation conditions. Therefore, PPR pipe with a safety factor of 1.5 should be selected.
If you want to apply it in cold water system, you can choose PPR pipe with pressure between 1.0 and 1.6Mpa. If you want to use it in hot water system, you should choose pN2 or more 0 MPa PPR pipe. After considering these important principles, the SDR coefficient of pipe fittings cannot be greater than that of pipes, that is, the thickness of pipe wall of pipe fittings should be greater than that of pipes of the same model.
PPR pipes are also connected in various forms. In addition to being connected with metal pipes, PPR pipes can also be connected with water dispensers through threaded inserts or other connectors. Other connection methods are hot-melt connection, so that the pipeline can become a whole and there will be no leakage point.
