Thermal insulation effect of hot spring water PPR

1. The production energy consumption of energy-saving PPR pipe is only 20% of that of steel pipe, and its thermal conductivity is low [0.2W / (m.k)], which is only 1 / 200 of that of steel pipe. Its application in hot water system will greatly reduce heat loss.

2. The use of PP-R pipe can avoid the "secondary pollution" of water quality caused by the scaling and rust of the inner wall caused by the use of galvanized steel pipe. Due to the simple component of PP-R, the basic components are carbon and hydrogen, which meet the food hygiene regulations and are non-toxic, so it is more suitable for the transportation of drinking water.

3. With heat resistance, pressure resistance and long service life, the long-term service temperature of PP-R pipe can reach 95 ℃ and the short-term service temperature can reach 120 ℃. When the service temperature is 70 ℃ and the working pressure is 1.2MPa, it can be used continuously for a long time, and the service life can reach more than 50 years.

4. With light weight, high strength and low fluid resistance, the density of PP-R pipe is only 1 / 8 of that of metal pipe. The pressure test strength is up to 5MPa, and it has good toughness and impact resistance. Due to the smooth inner wall, no rust and scaling, the fluid resistance is small.
