2. Due to the soft texture of the road, its own mechanical strength is not as high as that of steel pipes, so physical damage must be strictly prevented. After the installation is completed, the pipeline is strictly prohibited from knocking, bumping, smashing, and pressing. Before concealment, cover protection measures should be taken. Before closing, take certain measures to prevent bricks, debris, etc. from falling off and breaking the pipeline.
3. Collision should be avoided when installing the ppr water pipe. Due to its good toughness, although it is not afraid of bending, the collision may cause surface damage and reduce the service life of the pipe.
4. In winter, the PPRz water pipes exposed to the outside should be well insulated, and they can be buried in the ground, preferably with a height of more than 20cm. Or add insulation to prevent the pipes from freezing and cracking in the extreme cold. When it is not possible to increase the insulation layer and bury the ground, the water in the pipeline must be blown out to prevent the water from freezing and expanding and freezing the pipeline.
5. Due to the elements of the PPR pipeline, it is necessary to prevent ultraviolet radiation from accelerating the aging of the pipeline. Especially for pipes exposed outdoors in summer, it is best to cover or wrap a dark protective layer to prevent sunlight from damaging the chemical stability of the pipes.
6. For the concealed PPR pipeline, it is necessary to do a good job of marking and pipeline direction to prevent damage during the construction of other projects.
