1. It should be noted that the service life of pseudo PPR tubes is only 1-5 years, while the service life of real PPR tubes is more than 50 years.
2. Pay attention to the determination of overall service factor C (i.e. safety factor) of PPR pipeline:
For general occasions, and keep the temperature ＜ 70 ℃ for a long time, C = 1.25 can be selected; In important occasions, with long-term continuous service temperature ≥ 70 ℃, and it is possible to operate at higher temperature for a long time, optional C = 1.5;
3. For cold water (≤ 40 ℃) system, p.n1 is selected 0 ~ 1.6Mpa pipes and fittings;
For hot water system, select ≥ pN2 0mpa pipes and fittings.
