Attention should be paid to the application of PPR pipeline, such as the setting of different pipelines according to the application environment and the setting depth of buried PPR pipeline; Setting of pipes under mechanical movement; Combination of indoor pipes; Configuration of indoor pipe joints, etc.
1、 Depth setting of buried PPR pipeline
1. Steel pipe or cast iron PPR pipe for water supply shall be laid under the railway, and the buried depth of the main pipe shall not be less than 1.5m from the bottom to the top of the pipe.
2. When the pipeline has measures to prevent mechanical damage or cannot be damaged by machinery. The buried depth can be less than the standard 1.25m.
2、 The connection of indoor PPR pipeline shall comply with the following provisions.
1. The drainage pipe should avoid being offset on the axis. When limited by conditions, it should be connected with B-shaped pipe or two 45 elbows.
2. When the branch pipe and riser are connected to the horizontal main pipe, they should be connected within 45 degrees from the top or both sides of the horizontal main pipe.
3. It is not advisable to connect the elbow with a diameter of 45 degrees or two bends with a radius of 90 degrees between the elbow and the riser.
4. The appliance drainage PPR pipe is vertically connected with the horizontal drainage pipe, and the 90 degree inclined tee PPR pipe fitting of PPR pipe shall be adopted.
5. For the connection between the horizontal pipe and the vertical pipe of PPR pipeline, 45 degree inclined tee or 45 degree inclined cross and PPR pipe fittings along the water, gas or water cross should be adopted.
