1. Homopoly PP is made by blending and granulating with a certain amount of toughening additives. This raw material is called pp-h.
2. Block copolymerization of PP and PE is used. This raw material is called ppb.
3. Using advanced gas phase copolymerization process, PE is polymerized randomly and evenly in the molecular chain of PP. this raw material is called PPR.
The screw barrel of the extruder used to produce PPR plastic pipe should use advanced computer model to accurately calculate the pressure distribution and melting rate of each section, so as to make it have good low-temperature plasticizing ability. Ordinary single screw extruder can not be used to produce PPR pipe.
At present, 70-80% of PPR tubes in the market are not real PPR tubes. In order to help users preliminarily identify the true and false PPR pipes and fittings from the appearance and hand feeling.
Refer to the following identification methods:
(1) Product Name: the product name of PPR shall be "polypropylene pipe for cold and hot water" or "PPR pipe for cold and hot water". All products with superfine particle modified polypropylene pipe (PPR) or PPR cold water pipe, PPR hot water pipe, PPE pipe, etc. are pseudo PPR pipes.
(2) The product testing unit is a non professional unit, and the test items are inconsistent with the contents listed in the PPR pipeline standards. The certificates issued by the product recommendation department or product promotion department, the Department that does not know the PPR product standards or does not have PPR standards are false PPR.
(3) The density of pseudo PPR is slightly higher than PPR.
(4) The PPR tube is white matte or matte of other colors, and the pseudo PPR tube has bright luster or bright color.
(5) The PPR tube is completely opaque, and the pseudo PPR tube is slightly transparent or semi transparent.
(6) PPR tube feels soft and pseudo PPR tube feels smooth.
(7) The landing sound of PPR tube is dull, and the landing sound of pseudo PPR tube is crisp.
